Design and facilitate the implementation of safety programs, policies, and procedures that align with California OSHA General Industry requirements and best practices.

Conduct inspections and audits of the workplace to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to spot potential hazards, unsafe practices, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Training sessions for employees and management on topics like safety protocols, human organizational performance, emergency response, fire safety, ergonomics, as well as site and industry specific risks.

Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to facilitate in the determination of its root cause and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

Onsite First Aid, CPR, and AED certification through the American Red Cross, using top-of-the-line equipment. While our target is mainly employers, agencies, and workers who require certification, we would also like to market to individuals and community groups interested in becoming certified. We will be offering courses in English and/or Spanish.
